Well, this whole maintaining thing is WAY harder than I thought it would be! I have fallen back into old eating habit with alarming speed! I have watched my weight climb over the past few weeks. This morning I hit my "Uh-oh!" weight. (170 pounds). That means I have gained back 5 pounds.
So this morning, I had 1 cup of bran flakes, 1/2 cup of milk with 1 tbsp of brown sugar on top. (3 point breakfast.)
I have a big event in July that I would like to lose 10 pounds for. So this is me - back and raring to go! I tossed out a bag of chips this morning and purged my cupboards of unhealthy snacks. I am going to the grocery store today to stock up on fruits and veggies.
I am happy that my "uh-oh" weight is now 170 instead of 199. I want to catch myself now before it gets out of control! :)
I am resetting my ticker to reflect my new goal! I also plan to start walking again.
